When scheduling your appointment online, please Sign Up, create an Account with a password and fill out your intake forms. Forms must be filled out before you arrive for your appointment and can also be found through your booking confirmation email.
When scheduling online, a credit card is required to confirm your appointment. Your card will NOT be charged except in the event of a cancellation within the 24 hours or a "no show". You will receive a confirmation email after scheduling.
If you don't see the time and date your are looking for in the calendars of our online scheduler, please call 206-617-3454 or email hawthornemassagesc@gmail.com for assistance. Most practitioners are able to be scheduled up to 2 hours before appointment times.
We require 24 hours notice for any cancellations. Cancellations within 24 hours of the appointment time will be charged the full treatment cost to the card on file or through another valid payment option.
We do not accept PIP, L&I claims or Health Insurance as payment. We offer you a Superbill receipt for services which includes all the information necessary for your insurance carrier to reimburse you.
