"It is so important to take time for yourself and find clarity.
The most important relationship is the one you have with yourself."

From back pain and headaches to insomnia, massage therapy relieves many common conditions.
Swedish Massage is extremely therapeutic as it reduces stress, relieves muscle tension and pain, increases circulation, improves flexibility, helps with posture, and aids in the reduction of insomnia, anxiety and depression. Swedish Massage is generally performed with gentle, light pressure.
By treating the origin and insertion of specific muscles, this technique reaches deeper layers of muscles. It is used to break down muscular adhesions (knots), to treat chronic and acute strains and sprains and addresses injuries or conditions caused by repetitive use. This massage can be beneficial for everyone, from competing athletes to those who sit or stand for extended periods of time.
Myofascial release therapy utilizes gentle, sustained pressure into the connective tissue to eliminate pain and restore flexibility and motion to the body. This technique is combined with stretching the restricted fascia and using active release and pin and stretch methods.
Prenatal Massage supports the dynamic physical and emotional changes of pregnancy and is one of the safest and most effective ways to reduce stress, tension, pain and anxiety during and after pregnancy. Benefits may include decreasing muscle tension, increasing venous and lymphatic circulation, reducing swelling and normalizing blood pressure.

Hand-chosen basalt river stones are heated and used with oils to soothe, warm and massage tired, sore muscles. The stones allow your body to relax deeply, releasing tension and stress. The stones are used in hand and include deep tissue techniques (when requested). This treatment is a must for those cold, grey wintery days to lighten your spirits and elevate your mood. This is a 90 minute treatment or Hot Stones are available as an “ADD On” with select therapists.
Cupping therapy is a traditional, time-honored practice that utilizes the techniques of decompression and negative pressure, rather than compression. It is a safe, non-invasive modality that uses suction cups to create decompression which helps relive muscle tension and stiffness, reduce inflammation and adhesions, and provide relief for many conditions.
Cupping is available as an "ADD-ON" service to treatment with select therapists.
